I Want To Increase The Size My Breast
I wanted to ask if there's any method like massaging or doing exercises or eating a specific food to increase my breast by one cup or the estrogen hormones .

Breast enlargement can be done surgically by putting in an implant made of Silicone or by fat grafting.Natural enlargement can take place after pregnanacy provided one is ready to wait till then.Exercise or pills and creams do not help

Creams/Medicines or Massage do not work to increase breast size.
Plastic surgery helps but at some risk of complications.
Unless you are absolutely stressed about it, it is better to get adjusted to your own body image and try to live with what you are..
