Your BMI is 24.12, which falls within the normal range of 18 -25. However, If you really do want to loose weight, your daily calorie intake has to be assessed and a suitable diet and work out regime prescribed. There aren't any pills, that are actually effective in reducing weight. You may try appetite suppressing formulations.
My advise is don't be crazy to loose from this level as you may start feeling weakness in times to come and then have sudden weight gain. Just have balanced diet and be regular with exercise.
I've tried gymming believe me its only temporarily - the day i stopped dieting and gymming i went up like nething, only dieting i guess is a better option - any physical activity i tried i gain more weight than what i lost. Also i ve tried VLCC and Body Soul in Pune ( I am from Pune ) and its all bogus. They only make you sweat. Stick to various different regimes of dieting a few days this then a few days that food so you make your body unaware of the food to consume, but then again you have to gain it back whatever u do - its a never ending crusade for obese like us. :-(
Looking at your height and weight i feel there is no need to reduce the weight, but still if you want to keep a check on your weight you can substitute your cup of tea or coffee with green tea. Green tea is rich in flavanoids and vitamin C. Both these components stimulate weight loss in your body. Befriend water. Drinking adequate water is one of the effective home remedies to lose weight. Water helps you in burning calories and in turn losing weight. Do not take elevator on your way to home or work. Instead, take the stairs to burn some calories. Staying away from processed food is one of the best home remedies to lose weight.

Hi, welcome to health care magic forum,
being a Homeopathic student you should try to consult a teacher in your college who ca take your whole case and can give you a constitutional treatment, which will be more effective and rather than just looking for therapeutic prescription.
there is no any specific medication for losing weight although there are various products in market claiming to lose weignt, dont follow them
just have balanced diet, avoid too much intake of fats, chocolates(sources of carbohhydrates) and have regular exercise(practise of yoga might be helpful)
