If I Am 52 Yrs Old And I Was Ovulating And I Am Having A Regular Cycle, Then When Should I Expect To See My Period?

I am pre menopausal, I suppose,, Im 52 years old, I have periods far apart still,,, out of curiosity I took a ovulation test for the heck of it 13 days ago and I got a result that said I was ovulating,,, then yesterday I had unprotected sex,,, I panicked and took the MAP,,,, and so now I don't know what is next,,,
Is there a chance the ovulation test was just a false positive based on my natural hormones that send me into menopause?
Is there a chance that I was not ever going to have another period anyway and so therefore I will not have one now?
If I was ovulating and I am having a regular cycle, then when should I expect to see my period?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The harmons before the menopause play with the women. It may be irregular bleeding, heavy bleeding, dysmenorrhea etc. Some may have ovulation till they have menopause and rarely oregnancy.
To ascess the time of the period may be difficult.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods. They keep you healthy during menopause.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
