Inability To Eat. Trying To Gain Weight. What Can Help Me?
I don t know if I have a phobia of eating or not - I don t get scared at the thought of food but sometimes I find it really hard to force myself to eat (just to finish my plate), I sometimes think if I eat more it will make me sick. I m desperately trying to gain weight but I think the reason I m not is because I really struggle to finish my main meals, I even sometimes struggle to finish my breakfast because it starts to make me feel sick. Is there any way I can force myself to eat or overcome this? If not are there any other ways that I can gain weight?
You have not mentioned your age. Do you have any medical conditions other than what you have mentioned? Gaining weight is directly proportional to food habits and being happy and success. First of all you are not happy or you are anxious about your health. Every person is unique and therefore for wanting more, requires special requirements. You have not mentioned your weight also. First confirm whether you are underweight. Second don't loose heart, you are not alone. Third be happy and eat well (rigorous activities and exercise induce appetite and then you cannot resist eating). Get well soon. good luck
You are suffering from eating disorder . I advise you to see a psychiatrist and get yourself evaluated for anorexia nervosa . You have to address your problem first only then you will be able to maintain good health. Taking high calorie food may be helpful at regular intervals.
