Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Your blood sugar is badly controlled. This high blood sugar(persistent hyperglycemia) will cause damage to the retina of the eye and decrease your vision. We doctors call it as Diabetic retinopathy.
So I advise my patient to have a tight blood sugar control(FBS below 110 mg/dl and PPBS below 160 mg/dl). Consult an Ophthalmologist and test your vision at the earliest.
Eat low carbohydrate and fat diet. Add more fiber to the diet in the form of vegetables.
