Increased Heartbeat While Trying To Sleep. Recovering From Post Partum Cardiomyopathy. Should I Be Worried?

last night I was laying in bed trying to get to sleep and my heart started to beat fast and hard.. felt unusual.. I would say about three beats and then returned to normal.. should I be worried? Also, I recovered from post partum cardiomyopothy 4 months ago.. I am taking Coreg and Lisinipril (sorry about the spelling)..
