hi i am 30yr old.my height is 159cm.i had c-section before 3 years.i have PCOD and had treatment and became pregnant.that time i was 59kg.i was taking metformin till 6th month of pregnancy.but after delivery my weight is 78kg and my stomach remains the same like 8th month.now am taking metformin 2times daily for past 2 years but no difference in my weight and stomach.am controlling my diet and doing exercise daily 40min..
please help me on my health and how to reduce my weight and stomach....
Hello, If you are not able to loose weight by dieting and doing exercises,then take the help of a dietician and a physical instructor so as to do dieting and exercising religiously,because proper diet control and proper aerobic exercises are the cornerstone of weightloss programme. In addition get tested for thyroid functions so as to rule out hypothyroidism. Thanks
