Indigestion, Gas, Contraction And Uneasiness In Abdomen After Eating, Urge To Pass Stools, Urination By Force. Healthy Lifestyle. Advice

I AM ANIL
I HV BEEN SUFFERING FROM INDIGESTION PROBLEM AND GAS, STRONG GAS PROBLEM FOR YEARS. EVEN WHILE EATING I MAY PASS GAS. AFTER EATING I FEEL UNEASINESS IN ABDOMEN AND THERE IS ALWAYS CONTRACTION ( HIGH PULSE TYPE SOMETHING IN THE LOWER ABDOMEN . MOST OF THE TIME WHEN I GO FOR BOWELS, NOTHING HAPPENS FOR LONG TIME, AND COME BACK WITHOUT IT. BUT FEELING OF BOWEL MOVEMENT REMAINS. THEN AFTER SOMETIME/HOURS, MAY BE LATE NIGHT I NEED TO GO FOR BOWL MOVEMENT,EVEN THEN IT DOES NOT HAPPEN COMPLETELY.
AT THE SAME TIME WHEN I GO FOR URINATION, IT TAKES LONG TIME TO PASS THE URINE AND FOR LAST QUANTITY OF URINE IT DOES NOT COME OUT WITHOUT APPLYING FORCE.
I DO NOT SMOKE, DO NOT DRINK ( IF I SAY I CONSUME LIGHT BEAR VERY RARELY SAY ONCE A MONTH OR TWO MONTHS). TAKE HOMELY FOOD, VERY RARELY I EAT OUTSIDE. - PLS ADVISE,

hi..
you have pain abdomen, flatulence and tenesmus..
this could be colitis, due to infection of amoebiasis/bacillary dysentery..
see your physician for the examination, get one stool examination done..
need to take antibiotics like fluoroquinolones and metronidazole for 7 days.. probiotis, multivitamins, ORS...
if it recurs you need to see gastroenterologist for the colonoscopy for IBS..
all the very best..
