Infant. Frequent Fever, Pale Lips, Shivering. All Tests Normal. Prescribed Crocin Drops, Taxim. Reason For Frequent Illness?

Hi Doctor, My son is 10 months old and weigh’s 10kgs. He has repeatedly been falling sick since the time he was 6 months old. Every month he falls sick for around 5-7 days. He gets high fever, his lips turn pale and he starts shivering. And this happens every month now. And then after 4-5 days he get fine, and is very Active after that. We have done a blood test, blood culture and all reports show normal. 3 days back he fell sick again, same symptoms. Doc keeps prescribing Crocin drops 1.5 ML 3 times a day. And then as and when required between a gap of 6hrs and Taxim O. I don’t think he getting fever every month is normal. But I really don’t know the reason why he falls sick nor does the doctor make out. We have made sure the place is very clean at home. We hardly take him out, thinking the weather is bad. In spite of that he falls sick.
