Infant With Febrile Seizure While Having Fever. Family History Of Seizures. Behavioral Changes After Taking Medication. Cure?
My daughter is 14 months old and she had a afebrile seizure during her 7th month which lasted only for 1 min and during last month she developed fever and had a febrile seizure associated with it,she had 2 seizures at the same day ,her fever lasted only for one day .One week later she developed a viral fever and again she had an episode which was a short lasting one.She was hospitalised for 5 days and took frezium for 1st three days BD 2.5mg.she has a strong family history of febrile seizure, her father and almost 5 others had the febrile seizure episodes during their childhood. My child is showing behavioral changes after taking the medicine and her tantrums also increased.All her milestones are normal.Is there ayurvedic remedies which will help my child from this.

One can have behavioural changes following a seizure which usually disappears over time. This is not related to the medication being received by your daughter.
I am not aware of any ayurvedic remedy for febrile convulsions.

I find this answer helpful
in my opinion you should try keeping the temperature of your child in lower limits during the illness, since very high temperature can lead to the seizures. You can do that by sponging by tap water and giving anti pyretics
