Infection In Uterus. What Is The Permanent Cure?

there is some infection inthe uterus of 43 yr old lady with a history of lt ovarian cyst with regular less painful cycle..done pap smear one year ago result negative..one local doctor suggested for complete operation of uterus and ovaries.we need proper guidence.teated with DALACIN 300 for control the infection. ?????????

Based on the little details provided, I cannot guide you regarding hysterectomy.
Infection of uterus or endometritis is rarely an indication for hysterectomy, as it is treatable most of the times with antibiotics.
Moreover, the type of ovarian cyst, size etc will determine if the cyst or ovaries need to be removed.
PLease provide complete clinical history, details of reports and ultrasound scans etc. for me to provide a complete opinion.
Also, a normal Pap smear further removes the possbility of hysterectomy for cervical causes.
