Inhaled Bleach While Cleaning. X-ray Normal. Fine After Breathing Treatment. Feel Out Of Breath While Exercising. Reason?

Hi about four days ago I was cleaning with bleach and inhaled more than i should have. I went too the ER Saturday morning and after an X-ray of my lungs that came back negative and a breathing treatment I felt fine. Ever so often now I feel like I have to think about breathing and I feel especially out of breath during exercise that I hadn t as much previously. Could they have missed something or is it all in my head?

thank you for asking question in this forum
some times any kind of inhalation can cause suddent hyper responsiveness of our airways that leads to start asthma type symptoms and it may be that you have developed exercise induced asthma that means exercise causing airway chocking sensation , chest tightness etc.. and you may require some inhalation drugs prior to exercise... and you may require one investigation called spirometry for diangosis
thank you
