Injured Penis During Sex. Swollen, Harden Venis. Is This Serious?

About 3 weeks ago I injured my penis during sex which caused some of the veins to swollen and harden. The swollen veins seems to have gotten better however I'm starting to notice some blood coming out when I finish urinating. Only a few drops and it happens only sometimes but not all the time. There's a little discomfort while urinating but it's not painful. What can this be and is this serious?

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have
sustained injury to your penis during intercourse resulting in to swelling of penis and veins.
It has subsided to some extent has a drop of blood passing through urethra while passing Urine,
This is most likely to be due to trivial injury to the Urethra and nothing to be worried about.\
Take anti inflammatory medicine like Diclofenac twice daily more water and consume more water .It should get resolved in 2 weeks.
