Injury Causing Bruising On Tailbone, Severe Pain During Pressure Of Full Colon, Vanishes After Bowel Movement. Suggestion?

I fell down the stairs last month, I want to say i bruised my tailbone I feel it s getting better as the weeks progress, but it hurts most when there is stool in my anus . Doesn t hurt during a bowel movement it just hurts I guess from the pressure of a full colon/anus maybe? You don t think I perforated anything do you? The pain goes away after a bowel movement

Hallo Thanks for your query. You had a fall from staircase and had a injury to your coccyx)Tail Bone) which is very painful now. This is mostly due to a fracture of the coccyx(Tail Bone) There is no active treatment for this and and bound to get pains .till it heals. This may take 4 to six months.
