Intermittent Lower Pelvic Pain Radiating To The Thigh. Advice?

Hi i have had intermittent lower pelvic pain mainly on left side for past12 months. Lately these pains have been waking me throughout night, it is a dull severe pain that radiates down my upper thigh. The pain gets so bad i cannot actually move and feels that im pinned down and stuck to bed. The pain has got so bad that it has left a numbing sensation over my upper thigh over time.
It feels as if pain is possibly in ovary region but obviously cannot be sure of this.

it is due to pelvic inflammatory disease which is usually due to the infection of pelvic organs, are you having any history of any vaginal discharge ? colour of the discharge if there is any ? any history of fever ? dragging sensation along with the pain?
