Invisible Mouth Sores In The Tissue Of Lip Lining, Tongue. Diagnosed With Graves Disease, High BP. Any Ideas ?

I have experienced invisible mouth sores in the tissue of my lip lining and occasionally on my tongue ever since I took on a very stressful job about 18 months ago. They never go away completely. The dr and dentist have no idea what it is. I was also recently diagnosed with Graves Disease and high blood pressure for which I am currently on medication and seeing improvement. Can you help?

Canker sores may appear on the tongue or inside of the cheeks and lips.
1.Powder an aspirin tablet and place over the sore. After 5 minutes rinse with warm water. The aspirin desensitizes the sore and speeds healing.
2. Prepare juice from the pulp of aloe vera leaves and rinse thrice daily for immediate relief from canker sores.
3. Eat fresh papaya fruit. Prepare juice from papaya leaves and drink 8-10 spoonfuls on an empty stomach.
