Hi, PCOD is a disorder having ovulation problem .& ovulation is vital to get conceived, The condition needs active treatment along with lifestyle changes. The manegment depends on your age. For the girls of lower age group- active exersizes (jogging, running, sweemming)along with low callory diet for reduction of weight along with Ayurvedic medicines having Ashoka extract can act in a couple of years. for a married girls all above things with clmiphene pills do have +results. where clomiphenes do not have favorable sonographic results/ the couple is in a hurry to conceive-Laproscopic surgeryis an answer. in short you need to consult a gynac for properguidence to get a solution of your problem. thanks
