Menstrual irregularities are not known to occur with the use of minocycline.
You might be pregnant and a home pregnancy test is accurate usually 15 days after possible unprotected sex.
If you are not pregnant, my suggestion is to look for the causes like stress and anxiety, depression, over exercising, sudden weight loss or gain (obesity), thyroid disorders and hormonal imbalance due to polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).
I suggest consulting a gynecologist if your periods are much delayed.
