Irregular Periods, Heavy Flow. Blood Spot After Sex. Suggestion?

let me start by saying i have always had irregular periods. this month it was really heavy and lasted 6 days. but every since the end of my previous cycle i have been seeing blood when i wipe. So for a month i have notice this happening. I realize that after a few minutes of sex i will begin to spot. What could be my problem?

hai.
this may be due to hormonal imbalance.
do FSH,LH,THYROID,PROLACTIN Hormones.
ultrasonogram reveal about ovary ,uterus status,endometrial thickening.
if everything is normal take ovaral-l pack for 3months after consulting your gynaecologist.
