Irregular Periods Since First Menstruation, Cramps, Sexually Active. Advice?
For two Weeks my period has been doing this thing where its there for a day and gone for 2. Ive had horrible cramps and today im dropping clots. Normally its only around for like 4-5 days but I dont get it every month. Been irregular since I was 11 when I first started menstruation. Im 31 now. I basically get a period on a quarterly basis. Im not on birth control. And sexually active.

Severe dysmenorrhea or pain reflects endometriosis. There might be fibroid too.
As u have irregular periods from staring get a scan done to rule out poly cystic ovaries.
Also hormonal essay will help u .
