I am 36 years old and have begun having irregular periods and sweaty palms, I am certain there are more symptoms however they are not ringing bells at the moment. I have had 5 children and have donated my 6 times. I know this may factor the age i may begin menopause , could that be what i am experiencing currently? I have never had an issue previously with sweaty palms, nor irregular periods.
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic. It can be early menopause especially looking at your history of egg donation. To confirm the same get your hormone levels tested viz FSH, AMH and TSH. Also include nuts, soy proteins, milk and lots of water in your daily routine. Avoid hot climatic conditions and also stress. After you get your reports visit a gynecologist for prescription of medicine if required. In case you have any other question you can consult me on health care magic. Dr Manisha Jain take care and wish you all the best.
