Is AKT 4 Right Medication For TB In Small Intestine?

hi i m on AKT4 for last 1 month, i have been diagnosed TB in small intestine. would this course will cure my stomach infection because i usually face stomach pain which is very killing whenever i eat some wheat products. like chapati or green vegetables
