i have been prescribe azithral 500 mg 3 days per week night and 10 days only morning of sotret 10 mg for nodular acne.. also nexret 0.04% gel during the nights.. i want to know if this medication is right and if so what is the side effects and is this medication effective in reducing nodular acne?

Your doctor has prescribed you the right medicines for acne. Azithral is very effective in treating acne. Apply moisturizer contain SPF factor which will protect you from sun exposure and further damage of your skin. You should drink plenty of water , at least 8-9 glasses a day.Exfoliate your skin once a week .Take vitamin c supplement for few days for quick recovery. visit dermatologist once and get it examined and start treatment after proper prescription if symptoms keeps on persisting.
