I was advised by a friend that Chromium Picolinate brings down the blood sugar. I read that chromium has some side effects. can u please advise me how to go about starting chromium picoliate. Thanks & Regards, Avi
hello dear Avi, chromium has been used along with other compounds,to reduce blood sugar levels. but, the trials done so far have shown mixed results.though ,it may be consumed at doses available in the market without any serious side -effects,but don't expect it to lower your blood sugar as such. hope this helps.
