Is Dydrogesterone Safe To Use During Pregnancy?

hello, i am 3 months pregnant and my doctor told me that my placenta has moved, and that i might miscarry. she prescribed 2 pills of dydrogesterone a day but am afraid that it might have some side effects on my baby... i just wanted to know if its 100% safe? thank you so much :)
