HI
thanks for your question

Symptoms of HIV are Repeated episodes of fever, weight loss, respiratory infections, diarrhoea, swelling of lymph nodes etc...which matches some of your symptoms.

in order to rule out HIV infection please go to the nearest ICTC (integrated counselling and testing centre) where you can get tested for HIV and also receive counselling regarding your Doubts for HIV.
If that test turns out to be negative then you dont have the disease.
HIV is transmitted by participating in any sort of un protected sex(oral, anal, vaginal) with HIV positive person or by sharing needles with a positive person or by blood transfusion taken from HIV positive person etc....

hope i have answered your question
