Is Headache And Vomiting, A Migraine Exacerbated By The Unseasonably Hot Weather?

hi, i am a 22 yr old woman with pre existing migraines. i had a sever headache all day yesterday (due to a change in air pressure) and felt nauseous with vague stomach pain before and after vomiting. i have thrown up and the vague stomach pain/nausea have come back along with a slight headache. is this a migraine exacerbated by the unseasonably hot weather or is it something else?

Hi thanks for contacting health care magic.

You are known case for migraine .
So yes bright light can aggravate migraine and vomitting can be there....
For that take ibuprofen or naproxen drug.
If no relief sumatriptan given sub cutaneously.....

Avoid precipitating headache factors like.........
-stress
-bright light
-loud noise
-inadequate sleep
-hypoglycemia
-skipped meal
-smoking etc......

For vomitting domperidone can be taken
Yoga helpful....
Muscle relaxation exercise and massage good ....
Lavender oil topical application can be helpful....

If still condition worsen contact physician or your er for check up....

Take care.
