Hai.tramadol 100mgs is anormal dose, sr means sustained release.tramadol is good drug with mild opioid properties, safe on the kidneys and liver.only side effects being nausea and vomiting, mild sedation, in the beginners or in obese pts.once ur used to the drug, it is really good.
