General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
thanks for using health care magic

Tylenol is used as pain killer and as aalso to calm down fevers. However, it does not treat the underlying casue of the pains or fever. Persistent headache and fever that does not respond to tylenol or ibuprofen definitely implies there is an underlying cause and unless it is solved, you will continue to have the headaches, fevers etc.

So it will be best to meet your doctor for further folow-up

best regards
Dr Achuo
