I understand your concern and would explain that it is normal to have a headache for some days after a head
concussion. Sometimes it can last for weeks, up to months , becoming a real problem.
It is caused by the contractions of the head muscles, causing a tension type headache. Another explanation of the headache, is a temporary dysfunction of the brain after a
head trauma, leading to a low ability of autoregulation.
It will get better spontaneously. Just be patient and relax.
I recommend taking some painkillers and have total rest during these days.
If your situation worsens, instead of improving, I recommend going to the ER and perform a brain
CT scan to exclude possible delayed
intracranial hemorrhage.
