Is A Heart Rate Of 90 Bpm Normal Or Should I Be Concerned About PSVT?
About 4 months ago I had an paroxysmal supra-ventricular tachycardia episode. my heart rate went around 200bpm and my systolic blood pressure went over 160. What I want to ask is the following. My average heart rate has always been 60-70bpm and for the last month it's around 90bpm. Is that normal? I weight around 75 kilos, I don't smoke, I eat healthy but not exercising regularly. Should I worry about the PSVT? I am 23 years old.

Is A Heart Rate Of 90 Bpm Normal Or Should I Be Concerned About PSVT?
Hello The recommended normal heart rate ranges between 60 to 100 bpm for a normal adult. So a heart rate of 90 bpm is quite normal. No you should not be worried for psvt because in psvt heart rate usually ranges above 150 bpm and you will feel palpitations that time. Regards
