Is A Joint Surgery Advisable At This Time?

Dear Dr. I am under treatment of left leg. I have done MRI for joint and below is the report reveals
1. Grade I tear involving the posterior horn of medial meniscus.
2. Mild extrusion of anterior horn of edial meniscus.
3. STIR hyperintensity involving the tibial condyles and anterior aspect of the tibia near the tibial tubercle -likely contusion.
4. Mild to moderate joint effusion.
5. Myxoid degeneration involving the anterior cruciate ligament.
6. Mild fluid superficial to the medial collateral ligament - likel grad I sprain.

Help help advise me if medicine treatment is good or required joint operation to cure this type of injury.
Also let me medicine which are available in india to cure this as soon as possible.
