Is Acid Peptic Disease And Polycythemia Vera Related To Each Other?
hello sir.......i am suffering from peptic acid disease and have them once or twice in a year......i am diagnosed with polycythemia vera which is jak2 mutation negative.....are these two related to each other.....how can i avoid getting peptic acid disease frequently
Thanks for putting up your query at HealthCareMagic. I understand the cause of your concern. Probably the two conditions are unrelated. To get relief from peptic acid disease keep your diet simple and low on spices, oil and chilly. Go for small meals at intervals of two hours or so rather than big meals at big intervals. Take tablets like Omez (omeprazole) 20 mg once daily in empty stomach regularly in the morning for one and half months at a stretch. You may also go for anti-Helicobacter pylori treatment. It is a microbe which is frequently behind peptic ulcer diseases. The regimen consists of a series of antibiotics to be taken for a certain period of time. For the regimen, I would insist that you consult a doctor.
I hope that helps. Feel free to revert back with further queries if any.
