Is Acidity And Nausea Sign Of Pregnancy?
Need to know whether I am pregnant. I have feeling like acidity in stomach. I have tried everything to cure acidity but with no effect. I have slight nausea feeling and am unable to eat anything though feel hungry. No heaviness in stomach. I took a pregnancy test but it had a faint line. I am due for my periods in just 2 days.

if u have faint line with pregnancy test. then go immediately serum beta HCG and ultrasound. is there any bleeding / spotting?
