For differential diagnosis with pancreatic carcinoma . MRI : acute focal pancreatitis with a nodule 2cm in head of pancreas nodule looks solid amylase and lipase high2folds

Diprofos is just a corticosteroid betamethasone and hardly a suspect of acute pancreatitis. This disease has many etiologies like advancing age, alcoholism, obesity, viral infections, gall stones etc but betamethasone aint one of them.Seek a doctor for further management. Put her on ranson's criteria, nil per oral and fluids only and antibiotics and a full protocol management as age of 56 may lead to its complications.
