Is An Eye Pain After A Cheek Bone Injury A Matter Of Concern?
I hit my head on the door frame after slipping on water on Saturday. I bruised my cheekbone from my eye down and today I had a sharp pain in my eye and it has a dull pain to it now. Do I need to be concerned?I feel ok, just my face and eye still hurt.

it seems from the history that you had a injury to the cheek following which you are having eye pain. This may be because of referred pain to the eye from the cheek bone injury.
You require evaluation to look for injury to the underlying maxillary sinus which may be causing pain.
As of now you can take analgesic drugs and do undergo evaluation by X-ray or CT- scan to rule out fracture and treatment accordingly.
