Is Angiography Necessary After Achieving 85% Of Predicted Hr During Tmt?

My Father is heart patient sonce 92 but after the treatment he is normal no complications observed but now we got TMT test done these are the finding :
1) He exercised on Bruce protocol for 7 mins at a workload of 8.2METSand acheived 85%of maximum predicted HR
2) Resting ECG with in normal limit
3) Developed Asymptomatic o.5-1.0mm HZST depression seen in lead II, III avf,V4-V6 during stage II at HR of 119 BPM which progressed to 1.0-1.5mm HZST depression in lead II,III avf V4-V6 ST-T changes reverted to basal pattern after 7 mins of recovery period

Doc adviced angiography, want to know is it necessary ? also he has high cholestrol levels and BP prob though BP is under control through medication

Yes you should definitely consult cardiologist and get done coronary angiography. Since report shows more than 1 mm st depression, this is significant and shows ischemia under stress. And you are also telling that his cholesterol s are also high and since 92 he is suffering from hypertension so he is likely to have atherosclerosis and for this angiography is needed.
