Is Bigger, Swollen, Very Hard And Leaking Breasts After Abortion Normal?
I had an abortion at 23w and 4 days because of health reasons and a discharge of amniotic fluids.. It s been about 4 days now since the abortion and my breasts got bigger, they are really swollen and hard as a rock they hurt when I touch them and I also leak.. Is this normal?

Hi.... its one issue that is really common after second trimester abortion because of hormonal changes.
These issues should have been discussed by your doctor previously and some medications are available which can prevent breast engorgement & milk secretion. Any way just speak to your doctor and take the medicines.
In the mean time you can apply some hot compress that will give soothing effect and if its paining a lot you can take some pain killer.
