Is Bleeding In Nose Connected To Vomiting?
My brother, aged 19 from Pakistan, had frequent vomiting, anorexia & loss of appetite. After eating just a little he started to vomit. Then he started taking tres orix forte syrup. He gained his appetite but today he had bleeding from the nose & also coughing of fresh blood. The coughing of blood is there when he laughs or speaks loudly. Is this bleeding related to the vomiting or tres orix? Kindly reply. I shall be thankful.

Hello..Nasal bleeding In your case does not seems to be related to vomiting. For nasal bleeding u should rule out any mass lesion with the help of nasal endoscopy and if required than CT Scan
