Is Burning Sensation In Chest And Stomach Due To Breast Feeding 4 Month Old Baby?

Hi,

I am sapna.I am having burning sensation in my chest and stomach in the evening.I even feel this on my tongue and sometimes I get wound(like mouth ulcer) on my tongue. Now my stomach burning has gone and still I feel uncomfortable in the chest.May I know is it due to breat feedin as I am having baby of just 4 months old.

No, the symptoms you have mentioned may not be due to breast feeding your 4 month old baby.

However, cetain conditions like gastroesophageal reflux disease and other causes due to excess gastric acid can result in these symptoms. You may need endoscopy for confirmation.
