Is Chronic Tailbone Pain A Symptom Of Genital Herpes?

I have had periodic tailbone pain for years. It flares up for weeks or months and then is OK for weeks or months. I recently found out I have genitile herpes and would like to know if this could be a symptom of that condition. The pain is related to pressure
mostly when I sit, there is no pain with the skin at all.
