last year feb i was suffering from PCOD aftr that i got periods regular but am suffreing from scanty bleeding so doctor suggest me cycloreg tablet y doctor suggest that tablet

The PCOD is a chronic disease there are chances where you can go into irregular periods again hence to prevent the same the doctor would have been placed the medicine on you.Other important cause for the medication would be maintaining the endometrial maturity to normal , Progesterone present in the medicine ( Cycloreg ) will cause maturity of the endometrial glands and the tissue ensuring complete shredding during the period resulting into normal amount of bleeding.
