Is Densities In Left Upper Lobe In Chest X-ray Anything To Worry ?

Hi! Sir, A pleasant day to you...I just had a chest x-ray last Friday and the result is this: Densities are seen in the left upper lobe and that i am requested to have an Apicolordotic view for further evaluation. I just want to know if there is something wrong with my health and the possible things that I should do.

Thanks for the query

Upper lobe lesions are most often due to tuberculosis. It is a treatable infection, please approach a pulmonogist and give a sputum of afb and tb gold blood test.
However to be sure I strongly recommend ct chest done
