Is Diffuse Long Bone Pain And Slight Bone Loss Cause For Concern?

I am 55 female and having diffuse long bone pain- sometimes in my humerus and sometimes in my femur. I have had a bone density test and have very small amount of bone loss indicated. My physician indicates if it was in one location it might be a concern but since it is not not to be concerned. Symptoms have been for about the last three months.
