Hi there,
From what you have described it appears that your sister has taken the progesterone for the first time. Sometimes progesterone may cause symptoms of dizziness and usually this may subside in 5-7 days. If the dose is just once a day it would be preferable if she could take the medicine at night before going to bed so that she is sleeping and does not need to suffer from the symptoms.
If she still feels dizzy after 4 -5 days she can consult her gynaecologist if any change in medicine is required.
Hope this helps. Thanks
