All of them claim that drinking alcohol during antirabies vaccination is very harmful. But they can't explain why. There is 6 injection: 0 day-3-7-14-28-90. So, my question: may drink alcohol?

No. Alcohol is not harmful with antirabies. There is no interaction.
But have only maximum 10g of alcohol per day.
