Is Flying Safe While Being On Antibiotics For Pleurisy?

I was diagnosed with Pleurisy on Monday, was given antiboutics (sp) in case it was bacterial. I am a flight attendant and I am due to fly again on Saturday. I work for a regional airlines, i.e. smaller planes that do not go higher than 24,000 feet. But in a four day trip I make about 18 take offs/landings. Should I fly if pain/discomfort is gone?

Hi, pleurisy is a collection of fluid in pleural cavity and it causes pain during breathing. It may or may not be associated with breathlessness. If you don't have breathlessness, then you can perform your duties i.e. flying schedule. However, vigorous work schedule ought to be avoided.
