Understanding your concern. As per your query acne on face which could be due to when clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. You are taking medicine but not get benefited. Glyco - a cream is rich in glycolic acid which is very effective for both acne as well as acne spots. Wash your face with mild soap and cold water twice a day , exfoliate your face once a week. You should apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day as this is safe. You should drink 5-6 glasses of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course . Topical antiacne gels/creams containing ingredients like Clindamycin, Benzoyl peroxide, Adapalene etc are usually effective.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
