Hi I m a 12 year old girl and I just received my first period about 4-5 weeks ago. For the past two weeks I ve been having back pain (upper and lower but mostly lower) and abdominal pain. The pain in my stomach is both upper and lower and it is dull and even woke me up once at night. I haven t gotten my second period but I ve been having really bad headaches and the cramps and the backaches and I am pretty sure it will come soon. Should I be worried? Are these signs of something else? I am very concerned.
