Is Heavy Bleeding With Clots Symptoms Of Abortion?

Hi in Nov I had a Med abortion and started taking birth control pills 2 weeks later. Then I got my period and finally stopped bleeding for a week then I started bleeding again pretty heavy and clotting to. Is this a period again or normal from abortion 2months ago

Welcome to HCM,
This bleeding after 2 months is most likely unrelated to the miscarriage.

Get a ultrasound pelvis done to see if the lining of the womb is OK, also for any other causes of excess bleeding needs to be identified.

the pill should be started after the first day of the next period rather than immediately after the abortion.

Rarely this could be due to retained tissue of miscarriage in which case a surgical removal may sometimes be required.
